Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Sellar (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Sellar, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your business.

2. Description of Service

Sellar is an AI-assisted platform for Amazon sellers, providing product research, listing optimization, compliance auditing, international localization, and AI-search readiness tools. Sellar also provides sales intelligence, inventory monitoring, fee analysis, and listing compliance dashboards powered by Amazon's Selling Partner API (SP-API). These features require you to authorize Sellar's access to your Amazon seller account via Amazon's official OAuth flow.

2a. No Affiliation with Amazon

Sellar is an independent third-party tool. Sellar is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise officially connected to Amazon.com, Inc. or any of its subsidiaries."Amazon", "Amazon Seller Central", and related marks are the property of Amazon.com, Inc. References to Amazon are made solely to describe how Sellar interoperates with publicly available Amazon seller workflows.

2b. No Guarantees of Outcomes

Sellar provides decision-support tools and AI-generated recommendations. We do not guarantee any specific result, including but not limited to: search rankings, sales volume, conversion rates, listing approvals, category approvals, prevention of listing suppression, Buy Box ownership, account health outcomes, or compliance with Amazon's policies. You remain solely responsible for your Amazon business decisions.

2c. User Responsibility for Review

All Sellar outputs — including listing copy, compliance notes, keyword suggestions, and audit recommendations — are directional and require your review before publishing to Amazon or any other channel. Sellar does not make automatic changes to your Amazon account.

2d. Plans and Future Modules

Your plan (Free, Pro, or Lifetime) grants access to the features included on the pricing page at the time of purchase, plus improvements to those included core features. Future standalone premium modules may be developed and sold separately and are not automatically included in existing plans, including lifetime plans, unless explicitly stated.

3. Accounts and Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or reverse-engineer the Service or its outputs.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute Sellar's AI outputs as a standalone product.
• Abuse the AI by submitting prompts intended to bypass safety filters, generate harmful content, or overwhelm rate limits.
• Use Sellar to violate Amazon's policies, applicable law, or any third party's rights.
• Access Amazon seller accounts you are not authorized to represent.
• Use Sellar's SP-API integration to perform any automated actions on Amazon listings, orders, or account settings — Sellar's SP-API access is read-only.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

• Free plan — limited usage, no payment required.
• Pro (monthly) — billed monthly via Stripe. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; no prorated refunds.
• Lifetime — one-time payment. Refundable within 30 days of purchase; non-refundable thereafter.

6. AI Output Disclaimer

Sellar's outputs are generated by AI and provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee that following Sellar's recommendations will prevent Amazon listing suppression, account issues, or any specific business result. Always review outputs before publishing.

7. Amazon SP-API Authorization

When you connect your Amazon seller account to Sellar:

• You confirm you are the owner or authorized representative of that Amazon seller account.
• You grant Sellar read-only access to your account data as described in our Privacy Policy.
• You may revoke this authorization at any time via Seller Central → Apps & Services → Manage Your Apps.
• You agree not to use Sellar's SP-API access in any way that violates Amazon's Selling Partner API Developer Agreement or Acceptable Use Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

Sellar, including its software, branding, and original content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Content you submit remains yours; you grant us a limited license to process it solely to operate the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sellar and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or lost listings. Our total aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or abuse the Service. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
