This Refund Policy describes the conditions under which Sellar offers refunds. By purchasing a plan, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Lifetime Plans

Sellar offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on lifetime plans. If you are not satisfied with the Service within 30 days of purchase, contact us at support@getsellar.io to request a full refund. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.

2. Monthly Subscription Plans

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account page. Charges already incurred for the current billing period are not refunded, but you will retain access until the end of that period. No partial-month refunds are provided.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may not be granted in cases of:

  • Abuse of fair-use limits or Terms of Service violations.
  • Requests made beyond the 30-day window for lifetime plans.
  • Fraudulent or disputed chargeback claims.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email support@getsellar.io with your account email and reason for the refund. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.
