Fair Use Policy

This Fair Use Policy ensures that all Sellar customers enjoy a reliable, high-quality experience. By using the Service, you agree to use it within the limits described below.

1. Plan Limits

Each Sellar plan includes monthly usage limits for listing optimizations, compliance scans, keyword checks, AI Search Readiness checks, and other features. These limits are listed on the pricing page and in your account dashboard. Exceeding your plan limits may result in temporarily restricted access to those features until the next monthly reset or until you upgrade.

2. AI Fair-Use Limits

Sellar's AI-powered features (listing generation, compliance scanning, keyword analysis, localization, AI Search Readiness, and similar tools) are subject to fair-use limits to protect platform stability and prevent abuse. As general guidelines:

• Per-minute throttling: AI generations and scans are rate-limited per account to prevent burst overload.
• Daily ceilings: Even on lifetime and unlimited-tier plans, AI generations and scans are subject to a soft daily ceiling intended to reflect normal single-seller usage.
• High-volume usage: Sustained usage substantially above typical seller patterns (for example, hundreds of full listing generations per day, or bulk scans across thousands of ASINs) is considered high-volume and may require an agency or custom plan.
• Bulk and automated workflows: Automated pipelines that submit large request volumes on behalf of many third parties are not covered by standard plans.

If your usage approaches these limits, we will reach out to discuss an appropriate plan rather than silently degrade the Service.

3. Prohibited Use

The following activities are not permitted:

• Sharing account credentials across multiple unrelated users or businesses.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access Sellar outside the official interface or API.
• Reselling, redistributing, or reverse-engineering Sellar outputs or platform features.
• Uploading content that violates applicable laws or Amazon seller policies.

4. Review Before Publishing

Sellar's AI outputs are directional. You are responsible for reviewing all generated listing copy, compliance notes, and recommendations before publishing them to Amazon or any other channel. Sellar does not make automatic changes to your Amazon account.

5. Plans and Future Modules

Fair-use limits apply to the features included in your current plan. Future standalone premium modules may be offered separately and are not automatically included in existing plans, including lifetime plans, unless explicitly stated.

6. Enforcement

If we detect usage that violates this policy, we may contact you to discuss a resolution. Repeated or serious violations may result in account suspension or termination without refund.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Fair Use Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
